What age group is this geared towards?
This is recommended for ages 5+.
How much space do I need?
Each single tent set-up (tent, mattress, etc.) requires approximately 3’x7’ of clean, cleared space. We can arrange the tents in different configurations to make them fit. However, it is the client’s responsibility to ensure the space is large enough and completely cleared to accommodate all reserved tents. If not, there will not be any refunds. Furniture must be removed BEFORE the Slumber Squad arrives. We do not move furniture.
When can I expect my delivery + pick-up?
The Slumber Squad does daily deliveries + pick-ups, so times will vary.
We conduct our deliveries between 12:30 pm - 4:00 pm.
Pick-ups take place between 10:00 am - 12:00 pm.
This will be coordinated with you approximately one week before your party.
Can I eat in my tent?
Feel free to snack away in your tent! Paint, nail polish, slime, food, drink + other things that stain should not be allowed in the tents.
While we understand that things happen, the client is liable for damages or excessive cleaning fees. Please see our Terms + Conditions for details.
What is your cleaning process?
After an event, all items are thoroughly cleaned. Linens are washed in disinfectant detergent, and all hard surfaces are sanitized.
What is your service area?
We service Sioux Falls and surrounding communities, including Harrisburg (our base), Hartford, Brandon, Tea, Garretson, Canton, and more. However, we are happy to travel further upon request!
An additional fee of $1.25/mile (round-trip) will apply for events outside of a 20-mile radius from Harrisburg.
Example: 55 miles from Harrisburg = 55 miles - 20 miles = 30 @ $1.25 for a total of $37.50 (+ST) mileage charge.
What payment methods to you accept?
Our invoices are sent through Square and may be paid via debit card or credit card. We do not accept cash or check.
